Questions, answered
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page in two clicks. Cancellations stay active until the end of your billing period: no proration games, no surprise charges.
What happens after the free trial?+
A paid plan's trial runs for 10 trading days (about two weeks, including two weekends), then bills automatically unless you cancel first. A card is required for the trial, but you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. Bench needs no card and never expires.
What is a rep?+
One rep is one full answer from Marlow, the AI coach, however many steps it takes him internally: six tool calls, an edge report and a journal search still cost one rep. Starter includes 200 a month, Serious 400, Full-time 900, and you can buy more anytime.
How do voice and live search work?+
They're their own monthly meters, separate from reps: using up your reps can never eat your voice minutes, and a run of live searches can never drain your reps. Each resets monthly with your plan.
Do you connect to my broker?+
Yes, auto-sync imports your trades automatically. Starter connects 1 broker, Serious up to 3, Full-time unlimited. Every plan also supports unlimited CSV imports.
