Terms of Service

TraderMetrics (“TraderMetrics,” “we,” “us”) is a trading-journal and analytics service operated from New Jersey, United States. You can reach us any time through our contact page.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TraderMetrics. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share your login or resell access to the service.

New accounts start with a free trial. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method on file. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the then-current price for the plan you selected (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the term you chose — until you end them.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including partial billing periods or unused time.

You can end your plan at any time from your billing settings. When you do, your plan stays active through the end of the current paid term and then closes — you keep access until that date and are not billed again. Ending a plan does not refund the term you are already in.

Prices are shown before you buy and may change for future billing periods. We will give you advance notice of any price increase that affects you. Taxes may apply on top of the listed price.

TraderMetrics helps you record, organize, and analyze your own trading activity. It can import data from files you upload or sync trades from a connected brokerage through a third-party connection.

TraderMetrics is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Your trading decisions are your own.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or rely on data we receive from you or third parties. Always verify against your broker’s official statements.

If you choose to sync trades automatically, you authorize us and our broker-connection provider to access read-only trade and account data from your brokerage on your behalf. We use this data only to provide the service. You can disconnect at any time, which stops future syncing. We never place trades or move money on your behalf.

Your trades, journals, and other content are yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and you can delete your account, which removes your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• disrupt or overload our systems, or circumvent usage limits or security controls;
• upload malware or content you don’t have the right to share.

If you join our Edge Partners program, the program’s separate terms apply in addition to these. Commissions are earned on net revenue from customers you refer, subject to the rates, thresholds, and payout rules published in the program. We may adjust program terms or withhold commissions for fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating activity.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderMetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
